Get Up Stand Up Festival

The Get Up Stand Up Festival is an annual tribute that celebrates the life of Bob Marley through music and art. The festival is presented by the Freedom Fighters Cultural Foundation and Rockers Movement. This is the 20th annual festival in keeping the Gong’s spirit alive. Bob Marley’s music touched the heart of many as the words that came out from the songs gave inspiration and hope to many to look forward to a better day. Headlining this year will be his son Ky-Mani Marley and Amara La Negra. Other performers include but not limited to: Omari Banks (from Anguilla), and Ku-J backed up by the Freedom Fighters Band, Shawn J, La-Vaune Henry, Kisha Richards, Thaddeus Nicholson & the One Blood Band & many more. Mix Master Pauly & DJ Spirit Man will be on the 1’s and 2’s.
