No costume, or body decoration, or lack thereof, is out of place, so use your imagination. If costumes aren’t your thing, just wear whatever makes you happy and wherever you feel comfortable in.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE:
ELEV8 will be videotaped and/or photographed. By attending ELEV8 you voluntarily agree to have your image and likeness recorded for possible (social media) marketing use, and other promotional materials such as print, and you release SXM BY NIGHT from any liability regarding any such publication or use of your image or likeness.

All sales are non-refundable. This is an outdoor event on a hilltop on a tropical island; there is always a chance of rain and event postponement due to weather conditions.

If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will be honored for the next/rescheduled event date; there will be NO refunds! If you cannot make it to the rescheduled date you can use your ticket at any of our future events. If you can’t/didn’t make it to a future event of your choice, your ticket(s) will be forfeited (No-Show).

Only If the event is canceled completely, all purchases will be refunded.
